PURPOSE: To improve productivity of the cylindrical body by providing the cylindrical body forming section to weld and connecting band sheets, disposing a cutting section and providing 1st and 2nd feeding devices to cut the cylindrical body synchronizing to the feeding speed of the cylindrical body on the middle of both sections.
CONSTITUTION: A forming bowl 5 to form the coiled band sheet 3 taken out from an uncoiler 1 in a semicylindrical form and forming rollers 6 to form into a cylindrical form are provided. Further, following a butt welding toach 8, roller 9 for complete roundness, the 1st and 2nd feeding devices 10, 11 are disposed. The cylindrical body 12 is formed continuously from the band sheet 3 by the forming bowl 5 and forming rollers 6, then welded by the toach 8. The feeding devices 10, 11 perform the continuous feeding of the cylindrical body 12 to the cutting section 101 continuously. Then, a cutter 16 cuts the cylinder body 12 while traveling. Because the cylinder body 12 is formed continuously, and cut while traveling, the working stages is reduced to improve the productivity.
