When an upper die 20 is lowered, the cam body 16 of a lower die cam unit 15 is moved inwardly by an upper die cam unit 24, and a large number of dissimilar holes 5 are simultaneously bored in the side face of a cylindrical part 4 by a punch 14 mounted on each cam body 16. Further, air is fed from an air feed member 28 to a discharge hole 26 formed in the axial direction of a die 25, and a descending air flow is formed in the discharge hole 26. Thus, slugs produced by opening the dissimilar holes 5 are discharged outside and collected with the air flow via the discharge hole 26 and an opening 12.
