Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing apparatus of fine powder material which can increase the amount of heat fed from the heat source to the cylindrical vessel and occurs no reduction in its production efficiency even when the throughput is increased.
SOLUTION: This manufacturing apparatus for fine powder material is provided with the cylindrical vessel 1 which receives the dripped raw material and is driven to rotate around the center of axis along the horizontal direction and a heat source 3 arranged along the outer periphery of the cylindrical vessel 1. On the outer surface of the cylindrical vessel 1, a plurality of thrmoconductive fins 15 are attached in parallel along the direction of the axis center of the cylindrical vessel 1. In this case, the thermoconductive fins 15 are kept largely apart from other at their free ends, while they are kept small apart at their base ends and set to the outer surface at the position near the middle in the shaft center direction of the cylindrical vessel 1 to which the raw material for the fine powder is dripped.
