Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing apparatus of a finned tube capable of reducing a manufacturing cost by automating an operation upon manufacturing of the finned tube and shortening a manufacturing time, in the manufacturing of the finned tube configured so as to insert a disk-like fin for heat absorption of which a center part is opened in a circular shape and fix the fin.SOLUTION: A fin member feeder 1 which carries a fin member 5 made by protruding a burring part 9 to one side surface by one sheet, and a fin tube temporary assembly stand 2 for vertically providing a steel pipe 6 thereon are adjacently installed, protrusion formed by the burring part 9 of the fin member 5 is utilized in the fin member feeder 1, only the fin member 5 in which the burring part assumes a predetermined direction is supplied to the steel pipe 6 on the fin tube temporary assembly stand 2 and is dropped such that a center opening part of the fin member 5 to be supplied to the steel pipe 6 is inserted to the steel pipe 6 vertically provided.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
