To provide a manufacturing apparatus capable of reliably preventing a forming die from die opening caused by a molding pressure, and easily carrying a material into the forming die and easily carrying a molding out from the forming die, with a simple constitution.

The manufacturing apparatus of a hydroform molding includes: a forming die-housing portion 19 having a ceiling plane 17 and a floor plane 18 constituting a space 16 in which a forming die 5 is housed without making a gap of a die clamping direction of an upper forming die 6 and a lower forming die 7; a frame provided with an opening 20 for carrying the forming die 5 into the forming die-housing portion 19 and carrying it out; and a forming die-moving mechanism 4 for moving the forming die 5 from the opening to a direction toward the forming die-housing portion to carry it into the forming die-housing portion, and moving to an opposite direction to carry the forming die out from the forming die-housing portion. The ceiling plane 17 is an inclined plane a height of which becomes lower from the opening 20 toward the forming die-housing portion 19, and the floor plane becomes higher along the direction.
