Since the bearing (2) is heated while being rotated in the heating furnace (14), the lower layer part of the applied resin layer (11) can be dried prior to the surface of the resin layer (11). As a result, before the surface of the resin layer (11) is thermally hardened, the solvent in the inside of the resin layer (11) is evaporated and thus no coating defect such as pin holes or the like may be formed.
