A manufacturing apparatus of a rubber roll includes: a first mold of a cylindrical shape; a second mold that holds one end of a core metal inserted in the first mold, and that is mounted on one end of the first mold; a third mold that holds the other end of the core metal, and that is mounted on the other end of the first mold; an inlet that is disposed at least one of the second mold and the third mold, and that injects liquid rubber between an outer peripheral surface of the core metal and an inner circumferential surface of the first mold; and a heater that is longer than the longitudinal length that combines the first mold, the second mold, and the third mold, and that contacts an outer peripheral surface of the first mold, the second mold, and the third mold, and heats these molds.
