PURPOSE: To obtain mineral water suiting individual taste by providing a mineral water manufacturing vessel and a distributing valve for supplying raw water in specified portions to an automatic supply device of gaseous carbon dioxide to constitute the titled manufacturing apparatus of mineral water.

CONSTITUTION: A distributing valve 2 is provided with a pipeline 17 for receiving raw water, a pipeline 18 for supplying raw water to an automatic supply device 3 of gaseous carbon dioxide, and a pipeline 19 communicating with a raw water charge port 16 of the vessel main body 14, and the raw water can be sent into the automatic supply device 3 of gaseous carbon dioxide and a mineral water manufacturing vessel 5 in optional portions by operating a knob 20. When a knob 21 is fully pulled, the whole amt. of raw water is charged into the automatic supply device 3 of gaseous carbon dioxide from the pipeline 17 only through a through-passage 22 and then through a pipeline 18, and further supplied into the mineral water manufacturing vessel 5 through a carbonated water inlet 15 to obtain mineral water having a high carbon dioxide content.
