Abstract:
To provide a manufacturing apparatus of a photosensitive laminate, which realizes a manufacture of an unwrinkled, even, and high-quality photosensitive laminate by pressure-bonding a substrate and a long photosensitive web with a uniform welding pressure.
Both ends of a rubber 83a, 83b covering a rubber roller 80a, 80b are arranged outside in the range of a distance d=5-30 mm to both ends of the glass substrate 24 in the width direction, and a backup roller 82a, 82b is made crown-shaped. By pressing the photosensitive web 22a, 22b and the glass substrate 24 by the rubber roller 80a, 80b via the backup roller 82a, 82b, a photosensitive resin layer of the photosensitive web 22a, 22b is pasted on the glass substrate 24.
