Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing apparatus for a piercing nut that can favorably mold a pilot part and an annular wall and a manufacturing method for the piercing nut.SOLUTION: A first forging die 30 applies processing (first processing) for preliminarily molding a pilot part and an annular wall to a blank processed with a preliminary forging die 20. A second forging die 50 is disposed adjacently to the first forging die 30 and applies processing (second processing) for inclining the pilot part toward the annular wall to the blank processed with the first processing with the first forging die 30. A third forging die 70 is disposed adjacently to the second forging die 50 and applies processing (third processing) for inclining the annular wall toward the pilot part to the blank processed with the second processing with the second forging die 50.
