PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for maintaining water exhibiting hydrogen property and having antioxidative, anti-inflammatory and antiallergic property by circulating the same.SOLUTION: There is provided a device for manufacturing water exhibiting hydrogen property by inflowing base water 5 to a water passage 1 converting electrical charge of all components contained in the base water to derive a chemical bond to a dissociation direction and generate a bipolar water molecule, preparing water with oxidation reduction potential becoming an area having reduction property, and inserting an oxidation water passage 4 for maintaining circulation of the water at the state and inserting a reduction water passage 3 for removing contaminated components when water at the state is contaminated and the contaminated component is generated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
