Abstract:

To provide a manufacturing device of a belt member which joins belt materials cut at a predetermined angle and length with each other, and smoothly manufactures the wide-width belt member of various predetermined cord angle, and the method.

The belt material B placed on a holding part 5 is fed toward a take-up conveyor 2 at an arbitrary set feed angle (b), the tip end of the belt material B is abutted to an abutting part 7 of a positioning means 6 moved according to the feed angle (b) and a feed length L, the tip end part of the belt material B is pushed on the take-up conveyor 2 with a pushing part 8, the holding part 5 is retreated from the take-up conveyor 2 in that state, the feed belt material B is cut along the length direction of the take-up conveyor 2 with a cutting means 9, a step which conveys the cut belt material B with the take-up conveyor 2 by a predetermined distance is repeated, sequentially the cut belt material B is juxtaposed on the take-up conveyor 2, and an adjacent end part of the placed belt material B is joined by a joining means 10 with each other.
