This manufacturing device 100 of the component for the timepiece is equipped with a milling spindle 101, the first turning table 102 and the second turning table 103, and has an eight-axis simultaneous control function for controlling the milling spindle 101, the first turning table 102 and the second turning table 103 by eight axes. In order to manufacture the component for the timepiece, a parent metal 10 is set on the first table 102, and the first part 11 to be machined is cut by machining to form an object portion 13, and the object portion 13 is held on the second turning table 103 side, and the object portion 13 is separated from the parent metal 10 by cutting, and the object portion 13 separated from the parent metal 10 is furthermore cut by machining, to thereby form the second part 12 to be machined in the object portion 13.
