This manufacturing device is provided with a movable stage 64 provided to be approachable or separable to/from a fixed stage 62, a first mandrel 114 attachably/detachably provided on the fixed stage 62 side, a second mandrel 120 attachably/detachably provided on the movable stage 64 side to displace integrally with the movable stage 64, and a single wedge member 122 provided at a portion located on an extension line for connecting centers of a connection hole 36 of the large end part 38 and a hole part 39 of a small end part 40 and deviated to the movable stage 64 side to separate the movable stage 64 from the fixed stage 62 by imparting load by a load mechanism.
