A set of bolt holes 42a, 42b for inserting through bolts are provided in left and right side parts of the large end 38 in substantially parallel with an axis of a rod part 34, and centers of the bolt holes 42a, 42b are provided in positions deviated from the center of the fracture face. When respectively pressing a first mandrel 114 and a second mandrel 120 on a coupling hole 36 of the large end 38 to carry out fracture and dividing, a contact area of the first mandrel 114 in a movable stage side contacting an inner wall of the coupling hole 36 is set larger than a contact area of the second mandrel 120 in a fixed stage side contacting the inner wall of the coupling hole 36.
