PURPOSE: To obtain the homogeneous foamed body uniform in density by a method wherein a rolling device is made of several pushers connected in a special structure and placed in front of the entrance of a pair of upper and lower molds and foaming liquid material is spread in a uniform thickness at all times.

CONSTITUTION: Molding members 1, 2 composed of endless belts are mounted on drum pulleys 3W6 respectively to form a flat moding space 7. At this time, the lower molding member 2 is elongated up to the front of the entrance of the molding space 7 and in the front place is provided a subsidary feed device 13 consisting of a group of rollers 12. In front of the entrance of the molding space 7, a rolling device 9 for raw material 52 is made up so that several pushers 24... are arranged in parallel with the feeding direction of the liquid material 52 and in connection with each other by a connecting member 25 and each of them can move up and down. And the material 52 is discharged from a discharging port 11 onto a subsidary feeding device 13, sent between the molding member 2 and the rolling device 9, even the material 52 which has been supplied nonuniformly is spread into a uniform thickness and then made to foam in the molding space 7.
