To provide a manufacturing device for an FRP cylinder and a method therefor to cut out a plurality of cylinder pieces as products from a long FRP cylindrical body after removing core, in which only the specified cutting length and end squareness are required, for securing the specified dimensions, accuracy, and quality only through a cutting process.
The manufacturing device for FRP cylinders to cut out a plurality of cylinder pieces having a specified length as products from a long FRP cylindrical body has a chuck mechanism to make holding upon being inserted into the inside diameter part at one end of the long FRP cylindrical work, in which a plurality of free rollers for supporting the long FRP cylindrical body from below are arranged zigzag in parallel with the moving shaft of the cutter part in such a way that the connection places are not opposing with each other, while free roller are installed also for supporting the long FRP cylindrical body even from above, and a diamond rotary blade to cut the long FRP cylindrical body supported by the free rollers from below and above is installed movably under control in the axial direction.
