To solve the trouble and problem, which a plate belt has, such as a problem of adhesion of an exothermic composition to a portion other than the plate belt and a structural problem concerning the thickness of a plate of the plate belt and the like, and to laminate the exothermic composition on an extensible, contractible and soft packaging material accurately in a uniform shape.

The manufacturing device of the laminate package includes a plate drum 10 having a pulling-out opening 13 for lamination mounted on a rotating tubular plate drum body 12, a feed nozzle 20 mounted in the inside of the plate drum and including a discharge opening 20a feeding the exothermic composition 3 to the plate drum, and a belt-like conveying device 6 running a base material sheet S1 on which the exothermic composition 3 is laminated. The belt-like conveying device is arranged downward of the plate drum. The conveying belt 33 of the belt-like conveying device and the plate drum pinch and hold a part of the base material sheet planarly along the outer circumferential surface of the plate drum body, fill the exothermic composition from the feed nozzle into the pulling-out hole for lamination of the plate drum within the pinched and held range, and laminate the exothermic composition on the base material sheet.
