Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a mechanism for unification of lateral distribution of molten resin within an impregnating die.
CONSTITUTION: T die has structure wherein a top plate 22ct and bottom plate 22cb are installed between an upstream end wall 22a and downstream end wall 22b with a resin passage between both of them and a longitudinal sectional form of the resin passage is formed so as to become a tapered slope toward an impregnating die 3. The tapered slope Gv is expressed by the next formula. .Gv1=(hi1-he1)/(2×L). [hi1 : a height of an inlet of a resin passage; he1: a height of an outlet of a the resin passage; L: a length of the resin passage]. Gv is set up ordinarily at 0.01-0.1. (b) expresses a widened form of the T die within a cross section. A widened slope Gw is expressed by the following formula. .Gw=(We-Wi)/(2×L). [We: a width of an outlet of the resin passage; Wi: a width of an inlet of the resin passage]. Gw is set up ordinarily at 0.1-0.3.
