Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing device and manufacturing method for an expand net for forming a net body having a net part and a solid part out of a long sheet which is intermittently carried at the predetermined pitch which, and for improving the consistency of the carrying pitch.
SOLUTION: A die carrying face comprises a main carrying area orthogonal to the vertical moving direction of a plurality of cutters and a front end area including at least an end part on the forward side of the carrying direction of the long sheet, the front end area is inclined so as to be separate from a virtual carrying face corresponding to the main carrying area forwardly in the carrying direction, and the cutter corresponding to the front end area among the plurality of cutters is disposed according to the shape of inclination of the front end area.
