This manufacturing method of the screw point comprising a cutting means 2 cutting by rotating a cutting blade, a vertically moving means 3, a uniformly moving means 4 and a rotating means 5 is characterized in forming a spiral groove on a rod by simultaneously executing three processes: a process A of equally dividing the circumferential face of the rod 1 at 90° to form a cutting start point and rotating the rod around the axis at a constant speed; a process B of relatively moving the cutting blade of the cutting means, which is abutted on the cutting start point of the rod circumferential face, in the axial direction of the rod; and a process C relatively moving the cutting blade of the cutting means, which is abutted on the cutting start point of the rod circumferential face, perpendicularly to the axial direction of the rod.
