Abstract:
To provide a device for manufacturing a nonwoven fabric capable of improving productivity of a nonwoven fabric by early eliminating wrinkles generated when the nonwoven fabric is taken up.SOLUTION: In a manufacturing device 100 of a nonwoven fabric, winding cores 71a and 72a for use in take-up means 70 have high friction parts 72ah disposed intermittently along the extending direction and low friction parts 72al disposed between the high friction parts 72ah and the low friction parts. A tensile force T is generated in a nonwoven fabric 6 near the downstream side of the low friction part 72al due to the high friction parts 72ah. Since the fabric is pulled in the CD direction (Y-axis direction), wrinkles 6c are prevented from being grown to the upstream side beyond the winding core 72a. Thus, the wrinkles 6c generated at the time of taking up the nonwoven fabric 6 can be early eliminated, and productivity of the nonwoven fabric 6 can be improved.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
