A non-sealing part is prepared intermittently, and a film of a sucked part is curved in the condition of Fig.5 (not shown) (1a) and Fig.7 (not shown) (2a) by sealing in the condition in which the film of a non-sealing part b is sucked by a suction groove 2 prepared at a seal receptacle 1, in the seal of the synthetic resin film bag, and a bag with sagging is supplied. This sagging part is opened as the shape of Fig.6 (not shown) (2a) and Fig.8 (not shown) (2b), and demonstrates sufficient effect as an exhaust port in the bag after contents packing.
