PURPOSE: To prevent the deflecting or damaging of the tongue forming part because of the high pressure during the extrusion by arranging a supporting die component at the rear part of a forming die component, and fixing this tongue forming part to this supporting die component.
CONSTITUTION: On the extrusion with the die 5, an extruded material is brought to flow in the extruded material flowing hole 16 in a separated state, to flow in the welding room, to mutually weld, to pass through the forming opening hole 10 and to extrude as the semi-hollow material 2 to be formed. In this time, because the tongue forming part 12 is fixed to the top face of the projecting part for attaching 15 of the supporting die component 7, without generating the defects of the deflection, the deformation or the breakage, etc., the high precise extrusion of the semi-hollow material to be formed can be executed.
