Abstract:
The present invention provides a cut-off device preventing a loss of an oil film in a reciprocating device enabling an upper blade to vertically move, and a manufacturing device for a fin of a heat exchanger, wherein the fin includes the cut-off device. The cut-off device (30) is to manufacture a fin for a heat exchanger by cutting a metal band-shaped body (36) with a width of a product in a predetermined length. The cut-off device (30) includes: an upper blade (32) arranged in an upper part of the metal band-shaped body (36) with a width of a product and capable of moving in a vertical direction; a lower blade (34) arranged in a lower part of the metal band-shaped body (36) with a width of a product; the reciprocating device (38) operating to cut the metal band-shaped body (36) with a width of a product by enabling the upper blade (32) to vertically move; detaching devices (54, 60) detaching the reciprocating device (38) and the upper blade (32); and a control unit (74) controlling the reciprocating device (38), which is separated from the upper blade (32) by the detaching devices (54, 60), to vertically move with larger stroke than that of a vertical movement in cutting the metal band-shaped body (36) with a width of a product.
