In manufacturing equipment of an inorganic plate having a separating filter to which a solid-liquid mixture material wherein a solid component and a liquid component are mixed together is supplied and a suction box which exerts a sucking action, through the separating filter 2, on the solid-liquid mixture material supplied to the separating filter 2, so as to detach the liquid component from the solid-liquid mixture material, a base layer 5 is formed by arranging a large number of filaments 4 in the same direction, while a trapping layer 7 is formed by arranging a large number of yarns 6 in the same direction. The separating filter 2 is formed of the base layer 5 and the trapping layer 7. The surface area of the trapping layer 7 can be enlarged.
