PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing equipment and a manufacturing method of carbonic acid beverage, using defective liquid for products without discarding.SOLUTION: A manufacturing equipment 10 of carbonic acid beverage, using water and syrup as the raw material includes: a deaerator 13 deairing from water; a blender 14 mixing water deaired with the deaerator 13 and syrup; a carbonator 15 melting carbonic acid gas with the mixed liquid obtained by the blender 14; a return path 20 for sending liquid in which carbonic acid gas is melted with the carbonator 15 to the deaerator 13; and valves 21 and 22 switching to use or not use the return path 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
