To provide a manufacturing apparatus or the like of a hollow shaft member with a helical fin simply manufacturing a large amount of the hollow shaft member with the helical fin by extrusion molding, having no breaking risk in an adhesion part by appropriately and integrally molding a hollow shaft part and a fin part and realizing a strong structure.
The manufacturing apparatus of the hollow shaft member with the helical fin is equipped with a movable die 2 which is the composite member mounted on the extrusion head part 11 of an extruder 1 and constituted by stacking a plurality of die plates 21 so that the die plates 21 are respectively freely rotated. A die shape is deformed by the stepped part, which is formed between the die plates 21 by the positional shift of the adjacent die plates 21 due to the rotation of the die plates 21 to determinate the shape of the fin part F by oblique extrusion and the hollow shaft part P is extruded from the center of a die while applying rotation by a mandrel 12 while the spiral fin part F is obliquely extruded to the peripheral edge of the hollow shaft part P in connection with the rotation to be integrally bonded thereto.
