Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make manufacturing information sufficiently usable even after manufactured goods are discharged out of a manufacturing line. SOLUTION: A memory card 21 is passed, in a set with each product under assembling, through a manufacturing line, and inspection results for a unit to be assembled at each assembling stage 23 are additionally written into the memory card 21 at the assembling stage. An inspection results read-out device 62 at a finished product inspection stage 24 reads the inspection results and the like written in at each of the stages out of the memory card 21 that is passed through, accompanying the finished product, and a finished product inspection device 63 judges acceptance or rejection of the finished product, based on the read-out information. A recording medium issuing device 64 codes, in addition to the inspection values and inspection results, manufacturing information including manufacturing date, month and year, model name of the product and the like into bar code or the like and prints the bar-coded information on a recording medium (QR code seal) 65 for issuing. With the finished product 25 shipped, carrying the recording medium 65, maintenance and the like can be executed, utilizing the manufacturing information, even after the product is shipped to a market.
