The mounting support for manufacturing 100 is provided with: a base plate 110; a slide member 120 for the left eye and a slide member 130 for the right eye, which are attached to one side of the base plate so as to be slidable in the right and left directions; a holding member 140 for the left eye and a holding member 150 for the right eye, which are mounted so that the angles with respect to the slide members 120 and 130 can be adjusted, and which hold the magnification optical system units 14 and 15; and a spectacle frame mounting mechanism 160 provided on the other side of the slide base 110. The right and left optical system units 14 and 15, whose right and left ends are supported by arms 170 and 171, are mounted, by screwing the arms 170 and 171 to the respective holding members 140 and 150.
