Title:
MANUFACTURING JIG FOR MULTIPLE FIBER BUNDLE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3650564
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To align fibers 1 with high precision by reducing a deviation from the arraying direction of the fibers 1 when terminal parts of a large number of fibers 1 are aligned so as to lineally align in the longitudinal direction and in the lateral direction respectively to manufacture a multiple fiber bundle Bu.
SOLUTION: Fiber sheets 13, wherein a large number of fibers 1 are mutually and integrally stuck, are laminated and pressed in multistage in the state that they are held between fitting groove parts 16 of both sheet aligning jigs 14, 15 by a multiple fiber bundle manufacturing jig J which assembles first and second sheet aligning jigs 14, 15 having the fitting groove parts 16 of a nearly U shape in cross section and whereby they are integrally stuck.
