To make a sheet member fit between cutting blades easily be taken out in a manufacturing jig for shearing a sheet member by freely raise/lay- possibly equipping the base end side of a taking-out panel formed with through holes to protrude cutting blades onto one end side of a pedestal on which cutting blades are mounted.
When a shear sheet product is to be manufactured, a jig 1 is set on the plate of a press machine at first. A taking out panel 4 of the jig 1 is made abut on a pedestal 3 and cutting blades 2 on the pedestal 3 are protruded from the upper ends of through holes 4b of a taking-out panel 4. Next, a sheet member to be sheared is laid on the taking-out panel 4. The press plate of the press machine is lowered to apply pressure to the sheet member to shear the sheet member between a press plate and the cutting blades 2. After that, the free end side of the taking-out panel 4 is brought up to bring up the sheet member cut into a plural number. Thus, sheared pieces of the sheet member fit between cutting blades 2, 2 are taken out.
