Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply and stably perform cutting and to feed a rod raw material automatically at high speed by a machine wherein an escape channel intersecting the forwarding direction of the rod raw material is provided on the top face of a receiving base for supporting the rod raw material and the rod raw material which can be elevated and lowered from the top is cut by means of a cutting wire in a cutting device.
SOLUTION: A cutting device 48 is provided with a receiving base 62 and a guide channel 66 is formed on the top face and an escape channel 68 extending by intersecting the forwarding direction of a rod raw material 44 is formed at the center of the top face of the receiving base 62. In addition, A cut wire 80 is hung over the opening end part of a holding frame 78 provided on a holder plate 72 at the apex of a supporting leg 70 extending from the back face of the receiving base 62. Then, a piston rod 86 of a cutting device 48 is stretched and a cutting wire 80 of the holding frame 78 lowered along a guide rail 74 cuts a rod raw material 44 on the receiving base 62 and then, it stops in the escape channel 68. As the rod raw material 44 just after being molded by an extrusion molding device 46 is cut like this, even when its viscosity is relatively high, it can be well cut.
