Title:
アルミ電解コンデンサ用1XXX系陰極箔の製造方法
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP7033664
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
A method for preparing 1XXX-series cathode foil for aluminum electrolytic capacitors. The method comprises the following steps: preparing a 5.5-7.5 mm cast-rolling blank according to composition and mass percentage; and cold rolling and foil rolling: performing cold rolling and foil rolling on the cast-rolling blank to obtain 0.02-0.06 mm 1XXX-series cathode foil. The described preparation method can avoid a series of problems, such as rolling deviation, cracks, poor sheet shape, low yield rate, and safety risks, which are caused by the ingot structure of 1XXX-series cathode foil products for aluminum electrolytic capacitors that are produced using a hot rolling method being coarse and asymmetric; once the produced cast-rolled coil is rolled to the thickness of the finished product, the second phase dimension is finer than the product produced by using the hot rolling method, and the second phase distribution is more uniform than the second phase distribution of a finished product rolled using the hot rolling method, which is more favorable for the corrosion uniformity of the 1XXX-series cathode foil for aluminum electrolytic capacitors, wherein the thickness of the finished product is 0.020-0.060 mm, the tensile strength of the O-state or H22 cathode foil is 55-100 MPa, the tensile strength of the H18 cathode foil is ≥170 MPa, and the tensile strength of the H24 cathode foil is 110-150 MPa.
