Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a folding type three-side mask. The method for manufacturing a folding type three-side mask comprises: a step of coating a hot-melt adhesiveon a lower end of a cotton fabric to form a resin layer; a step of bonding a synthetic nonwoven fabric to the resin layer to form an adhesion assisting synthetic nonwoven fabric layer, and manufacturing a three-layer laminate in which the adhesion assisting synthetic nonwoven fabric, the resin layer, and the cotton fabric are sequentially stacked; a step of putting the laminate on an upper portion of an inner surface of upper filter paper and a lower portion of an inner surface of lower filter paper to make the adhesion assisting synthetic nonwoven fabric of the laminate contact the upper filter paper and the lower filter paper, respectively; and a step of bonding the contact fabric including the cotton fabric and the resin layer to the upper portion of the inner surface of the upper filter paper and the lower portion of the inner surface of the lower filter paper, respectively, by injecting ultrasonic waves to the contact fabric at a temperature of more than or equal to a melting point of a synthetic fabric constituting the adhesion assisting synthetic nonwoven fabric layer.
