Abstract:
The objective of the invention is to solve the problem of providing a method for producing a PTP sheet. The method is capable of suppressing a decrease in the appearance quality of a printing part. The manufacturing process of the PTP sheet (1) comprises a filling step of filling the bag part (2) with a tablet (5). In the filling step, a first printing part (5J) and a second printing part (5K) areformed on the inner surface and the outer surface of the tablet (5) by means of printing devices (61, 62), and the tablet (5) is filled so that the surface on the side of the second printing part (5K) formed later faces the bag part (2). The tablet (5) and the bag part (2) are in a relationship in which the second printing part (5K) and the bag part (2) are not in contact with each other. Since the bag part (2) does not deform due to normal vibration or the like, contact between the second printing part (5K) and the bag part (2) can be more reliably avoided according to the relationship. Since the first printing part (5J) in a drier state is arranged on the mask film side where there is a risk of deformation, rubbing of the first printing part (5J) accompanying contact with the mask filmcan be prevented.
