Abstract:
The objective of the invention is to solve the problem of providing a method for producing a PTP sheet, said method being capable of suppressing a decrease in the appearance quality of a printing part. The manufacturing process of the PTP sheet (1) comprises a filling step of filling a bag part (2) of a container film (3) with a tablet (5). In the filling step, a printing part (5J) is formed on only one of the outer surface side and the inner surface side of the tablet (5) by a printing device (61), and the tablet (5) is filled so that the surface on the side on which the printing part (5J) isformed faces the bag part (2). The tablet (5) and the bag part (2) are in a non-contact relationship between the printing part (5J) and the bag part (2). Since the bag part (2) does not deform due tonormal vibration or the like, contact between the printing part (5J) and the bag part (2) can be more reliably avoided according to the relationship. On one hand, the printing part (5J) is not formedon the mask film side with the risk of deformation, so that rubbing of the printing part (5J) along with contact with the mask film can be prevented.
