Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method capable of efficiently manufacturing an acoustic magnesium diaphragm having high rust-prevention performance and excellent acoustic properties.SOLUTION: A hydroxide layer 2 formed on a surface of a magnesium substrate 1 can be made dense and can be made to have high hardness by a rust-prevention treatment process for forming the hydroxide layer 2 on the surface of the magnesium substrate 1 under a high-pressure condition of 1.1 atm or more and 350 atom or less in a closed vessel. Thus, since thickness of the magnesium substrate 1 can be reduced and an increase in weight can be suppressed by increasing hardness by the rust prevention treatment, an acoustic magnesium diaphram having an improved acoustic property can be manufactured by reducing the weight and increasing the surface hardness.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
