Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive ornament sheet having a 3-dimensional appearance.
SOLUTION: This manufacturing method includes a step to provide an adhesive layer on a releasing sheet, a step to form a main layer consisting of resin on this adhesive layer, and a step to heat process this main layer. This main layer has an area larger than the adhesive layer and contains a foaming agent. The adhesive layer on this main layer partly overflows from the main layer when heated and changes its shapes forming a 3-dimensional appearance. In another preferable embodiment, one or more slits are formed on this main layer, and the overflowed areas near the slits of this main layer stick to the releasing surface. Further, in another preferable embodiment, by providing another adhesive layer on this main layer, the ornament sheet is stuck to an object through this adhesive layer.
