Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress deviation in distribution of adsorbent and binder between heat transfer members.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of an adsorber 1, in which active carbon is held in a region α for storing a plurality of heat transfer members 34 arranged with intervals in a body part 31, includes: a filling step (step 102) of filling the region α with slurry-like filler 45 with porous particles 41 and binder resin 42 dispersed into a solvent 46, and filling at least a gap S between the heat transfer member 34 and the heat transfer member 34 with the filler 45; an evaporation step (step 103) of heating the body part 31 in which the region α is filled with the filler 45 at a first temperature range of evaporating the solvent 46, and evaporating the solvent 46; and a hardening step (step 104) of heating the body part 31 in which the solvent 46 is evaporated in the evaporation step (step 103), at a second temperature range higher than the first temperature range, and hardening the binder resin 42.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
