Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an all-solid battery that is excellent in humidity resistance and high temperature characteristics and can be manufactured with a simple process.SOLUTION: In a method for manufacturing an all-solid battery 1 including a battery element 5 having a structure where electrode layers 13 and 15 and a solid electrolyte layer 14 are laminated, the battery element 5 is sealed by a sealing layer containing crystalline ceramics (sealing ceramic layers 11, 17) which is calcined together with at least a part of the above structure. The above structure may be a structure where the electrode layers 13 and 15, the solid electrolyte layer 14, and a collector layer 12 are laminated. The thermal shrinkage rate of the ceramic material and the heat shrinkage rate of the structure in contact with the ceramic material are adjusted so that the thermal shrinkage rate difference between the heat shrinkage rate of the ceramic material and the heat shrinkage rate of the structure in contact with the ceramic material is within 5%. The above adjustment is carried out by changing the mixing ratio of the crystal phase and the glass phase in the base material of the battery element 5 or the ceramic material before the calcination.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
