To manufacture the aluminum joined product 30 including a first coating means 8 for melting joining materials 2, 3 on a base material 100 containing aluminum, a second coating means 9 wherein a slurry material 6 is coated on the joining material coated on the base material, where the slurry material contains flux powder, resin binder powder, and an admixture of a diluent, a hardening means 11 for hardening the slurry material to provide a hardened product including the base material, joining materials, and the slurry material, and a brazing means for brazing the hardened product to provide the aluminum joined product, then, the diluent being contained in the slurry material is vaporized in the hardening means, and the joining material is melted by making use of an arc discharge art.
