Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an aluminum joining body capable of reducing a crack of a melting-coagulation part, while securing a beam spot diameter for securing joining strength.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of an aluminum joint body comprises a process of forming a lap joint by overlapping a first aluminum member 31 and a second aluminum member 33 higher in electric conductivity than the first aluminum member 31 on the first aluminum member and a beam welding process of forming a melting-coagulation part 35 for penetrating through the lap joint by irradiating a high energy beam from the second aluminum member side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
