Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an aluminum porous body capable of manufacturing robust aluminum porous body by preventing production of a metal lump.SOLUTION: An aluminum slurry consisting of a metal powder consisting of an aluminum powder or an aluminum alloy powder and a polymer solution containing a surfactant which is chemically bound with the metal powder is prepared. Three-dimensional net resin structure having a skeleton connected three-dimensionally and pores bound by a skeleton three-dimensionally is impregnated into and adhered to the aluminum slurry, and the resulting aluminum slurry adhesion body is heated to decompose and eliminate the resin structure and heated to 600°C or more and less than the melting point of the metal powder and sintered.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
