Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an aluminum porous body by heating and sintering an aluminum powder at a temperature of less than the melting point without using a slurry method and a plating method.SOLUTION: As a manufacturing method of an aluminum porous body, an adhesive application process for coating a resin structure having a skeleton which is three-dimensionally connected and pores three-dimensionally connected by the skeleton with an adhesive resin to add adhesiveness to a surface, a powder adhesion process for adhering a metal powder consisting of an aluminum powder or an aluminum alloy powder to the resin structure coated by the adhesive, a powder aggregation process for wetting the resin structure to which the metal powder is adhered with a liquid containing a surfactant which chemically binds the metal powder and drying them, a primary heating process for heating the resin structure to which the metal powder is adhered to remove the resin structure, and a secondary heating process for heating and sintering the metal powder to a temperature of 600°C or higher and less than the melting point of the metal powder are conducted in this order.SELECTED DRAWING: None
