Abstract:
To provide a manufacturing method for an antibacterial package without reducing the taste of a food or the like, its device, and the antibacterial package.
After an article to be packaged is vacuum-refrigerated in a vacuum space, an inert gas is introduced to the space. Then, the article to be packaged is packaged under the inert gas atmosphere for this manufacturing method of the antibacterial package.
