PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing an antistatic film that can prevent a surface resistance before drawing from suddenly rising after drawing; an antistatic film having excellent antistatic properties and water resistance; and a conductive polymer dispersion liquid and a method of producing the same.SOLUTION: A conductive polymer dispersion liquid contains a conductive complex having a π-conjugated conductive polymer and a sulfonic acid group-containing polyester, and an aqueous dispersion medium for dispersing the conductive complex.SELECTED DRAWING: None
