PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing an antistatic film that prevents a pre-drawing surface resistance value from suddenly rising after drawing, an antistatic film having excellent antistaticity and water resistance, and a conductive polymer dispersion liquid and a method of producing the same.SOLUTION: A conductive polymer dispersion liquid contains a conductive complex having a π-conjugated conductive polymer, a sulfonic acid group-containing polyester and polystyrene sulfonate, and an aqueous dispersion medium for dispersing the conductive complex.SELECTED DRAWING: None
