The manufacturing method of an electric device (1) in which a power generation element (2) having electrodes (3, 4) and a separator (5) is received in an outer material (7) includes a liquid injection step for injecting electrolyte (20) into the outer material (7) while opening a part thereof, and an impregnation step for impregnating the interior of the power generation element (2) with the electrolyte (20) following the liquid injection step. The specific gravity of a first gas being dissolved into the electrolyte (20) in the liquid injection step is smaller than that of a second gas, i.e., the atmospheric gas of the electric device (1).
