Abstract:
To provide an autoclaved lightweight concrete(ALC) panel containing a less amount of ALC waste to suppress the formation of a fuzz on its cut surface.
In manufacturing the ALC panel by casting a slurry prepared from silica stone, lime, cement, etc., into a mold with the addition of aluminum powder as a foaming agent and autoclaving a foamed semi-hardened body, returned ALC waste of 5-10 wt.% (vs. the total of the solid raw materials) at the maximum is mixed with the ALC solid raw materials.
